Primarily focused on listing and selling residential properties, Phil has built a reputation for his fairness and honesty at all times as well as his dedication to customer satisfaction (i.e., turning clients into raving fans). Licensed since 2001, he’s an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors®, and the Martin County Realtors® of the Treasure Coast.

With an established presence in Martin and Saint Lucie counties, Phil helps his clients navigate the market and their transactions smoothly and successfully. He listens to their wants and needs, develops a personalized plan to achieve their goals, and keeps them informed throughout the process.

Phil deals mainly with single-family, waterfront, and luxury properties. He is also a licensed broker and holds several industry designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate, Realtor® Institute, e-PRO®, and Pricing Strategy Advisor.
